Hackers, Selfies and Fraud! Oh, my! Security and Constitutional Issues in the Voting Booth

This 90-minute presentation will provide timely information about security issues in the electoral process. During the first 45 minutes of this program,  the Secretary will speak about the security of the electoral process in Pennsylvania and how the Commonwealth prepares for potential cyber threats. During the second 45 minutes of this program, Professor Michael Dimino will speak about legal issues that have arisen when voters use social media (i.e. ballot selfies) when casting a vote.
