Use of Graphics and Demonstratives to Bolster Your Case in the Courtroom
Please join us for a presentation that will cover the use of compelling graphics and demonstratives to supplement cases at trial. The presentation will focus on analogies, timelines, animation, color and functionality.
Information will cover the approach of consultation and then execution and will give a number of case studies across practice groups (patent, antitrust, construction, personal injury, etc.) The presentation is geared mostly toward people with a bent toward litigation, but anyone with a background in law will appreciate it.
The presentation will be given by Ross Noble, director at FTI Consulting. He is in the Trial Services practice in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment and consults with trial teams by translating complex legal issues and themes into compelling and persuasive demonstratives.
Mr. Noble has supported clients across the entire spectrum of litigation settings, including jury and bench trials, arbitrations, mediations, Markman hearings, settlement conferences, technology tutorials, summary judgment hearings, trial simulations and focus groups, regulatory proceedings and class certification hearings.
Since 2008, Mr. Noble has consulted on hundreds of matters, including intellectual property, antitrust, complex commercial, environmental, insurance coverage, international arbitrations, pharmaceutical product liability, SEC investigations and white collar crime.
