The Ethics of Maintaining Client Data

When maintaining client data, lawyers face ethical obligations as well as technical challenges. The discussion will include the cyber-risks attorneys face, including the use of cloud computing, and outline options for responding to cyber incidents. (1 ethics CLE credit).

The presenter, Daniel J. Siegel, is a workers’ compensation and personal injury attorney at the Law Office of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC. He is also the president and founder of Integrated Technology Services, which provides legal technology and software consulting services that focus on improving attorney workflow. He is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law and practices law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
