Join us for a cycling class on April 2 at 4:00 pm at Progress Fitness, located at 2201 Paxton Church Road in Harrisburg. This class is open to Widener Law Commonwealth students, faculty and staff only.

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.
