Student Services

student turning page

Students are encouraged to take advantage of the many services the library has to offer. The law library can offer you a quiet place for research and study, collaborative space as well as group study rooms. Experienced librarians will work with you to teach you the skills you will need to perform effective and efficient research for success in law school and practice.

Need assistance with a specific research question? Take advantage of our reference services.  Chat or make an appointment with us today.

Our research guides can help as a starting point for an in-depth look at the resources used by subject, course, or topic.

Most Used Resources

Study Rooms / Conference Rooms

*Study / Conference Rooms are restricted to students, faculty / adjuncts, staff, and alumni studying for the bar.

The library study rooms are now available on a first-come, first-served basis. We will no longer use a reservation system. Please be courteous and refrain from leaving your personal belongings in the study rooms to “hold” the space while you are in class. This helps us to effectively manage the available space and ensures that it remains accessible to all students throughout the day. If personal belongings are left in a room that is not in use for an extended period of time, Campus Safety will remove the belongings and you may retrieve them at the Campus Safety desk. Rooms 7 and 8 will still be used for ASF hours. When not in use, these rooms are also available on a first-come, first-served basis. To use the library classroom, please contact Paula Heider to reserve.

Policies concerning appropriate behavior, food and beverage policies, and general use of library spaces align with the patron code of conduct policy. Everyone will be expected to adhere to reasonable noise levels.

The Library staff reserves the right to change or modify these policies at any time without prior notice.
