Bryan Earl, a supervisory special agent and assistant general counsel, Operational Technology Law Unit at the Federal Bureau of Investigation presented, “Lawyers and Cybersecurity – Navigating the Thicket of 21stCentury Technologies, Law, Government Agencies and Public/Private Sector Partnerships” at Widener Law Commonwealth on January 19, 2017.
Mr. Earl serves as a supervisory special agent and assistant general counsel in the Operational Technology Law Unit at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He is a compliance attorney with experience advising on the legal use of the latest investigative technologies in the United States and abroad. Mr. Earl has worked closely with law enforcement and intelligence service representatives in countries of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, and US and foreign embassy officers in those same countries. He is an expert in the areas of criminal, intelligence, and cyber threats emanating from the former Soviet Union and Europe to businesses, governments and individuals.
