David Raeker-Jordan is dedicated to improving students’ learning experiences through pedagogical innovation. Whether through the use of team-based learning, metacognitive reflection, or incorporating pedagogical best-practices into his course design. Professor Raeker-Jordan strives to create a classroom designed to maximize learning and create self-motivated learners.
Professor Raeker-Jordan taught courses related to legal methods, including Legal Methods I and II, Legal Methods III-Contract Drafting, Legal Methods III-Advanced Legal Analysis, and Intensive Legal Analysis. Professor Raeker-Jordan coordinated the Fundamentals of the Bar Exam course and was faculty advisor for the Moot Court Honor Society.
Professor Raeker-Jordan retired at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year.
