In 2016, Widener Law Commonwealth was selected as one of the top law schools for public service. Widener Law Commonwealth, since its founding, has fostered and celebrated contributions to government law. This award continues and enhances that tradition by highlighting the impact of our alumni on the public sector. Nominees must be graduates of Widener Law Commonwealth, graduating class of 2015 or earlier. A committee consisting of the law school dean, the director of the Law and Government Institute, and a member of the law school’s Board of Advisors will select the winner.
While nominees must be alumni of Widener Law Commonwealth, anyone may nominate one of our graduates. The selection criteria focus on the nature and impact of the nominee’s contributions to public service.
Nominations must be submitted by September 30, 2020.
