Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP)

The Intensive Trial Advocacy Program (ITAP) is a seven-day course designed to help develop the advocacy skills every litigator needs to be a successful trial lawyer.  ITAP is conducted on campus after the conclusion of spring semester final examinations.

Faculty members are highly experienced trial attorneys, judges, and law professors who offer detailed and valuable insight into trial skills. Take part in the program and experience “Expert Witness Day,” a special part of ITAP that will permit you to work with actual expert witnesses. ITAP culminates with a simulated jury trial so that you can put your new skills into action. If you’re interested in further developing your trial skills ITAP can help.
