Energy (In)justice: A Perspective from Indian Country
Please join us for this Distinguished Environmental Speaker Series event, featuring Elizabeth Kronk Warner, dean and professor of law at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, who is a nationally recognized expert in the intersection of environmental and Indian law.
This presentation will begin with brief introduction to energy justice and Indian law. Dean Kronk Warner will then explain how energy justice does not manifest within Indian country, and propose some potential solutions.
