As war dominates the headlines, come learn about the rules that govern armed conflict.

The American Red Cross, Widener University Commonwealth Law School and the Federal Bar Association are partnering to host a special presentation of Even War Has Rules on March 21, 2024 from 4-6pm at Widener Law Commonwealth in Room A180. Even War Has Rules is a dynamic discussion of International Humanitarian Law and how it governs armed conflict. It will address topics such as: The sources of law and rules that apply to armed conflicts and the fundamental principles of IHL that guide the development of these rules. Immediately following the presentation, we will invite our attendees to attend a post-event mixer, hosted by F&M Trust.

Attendees will be rewarded with one hour of PA ethics CLE credits.
