An Inside Look at the Federal Courts and Judicial Decision Making
Join us for a discussion on the federal courts and judicial decision making with the Honorable Joseph F. Bianco of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
Appointed to the Second Circuit in 2019 after serving as a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York, Judge Bianco draws on extensive experience from both the Department of Justice and private practice, including his time as Chief of the Organized Crime and Terrorism Unit in the Southern District of New York. A graduate of Georgetown University and Columbia Law School, Judge Bianco currently shares his knowledge as a faculty member at St. John’s University School of Law.
