Types of Aid

Widener Law Commonwealth understands that legal education is a major investment and our Financial Aid Office will work with you to find funding designed to help you meet your costs of education.

Many different types of financial aid are available for a legal education. Sources include the Law School, federal programs, and private organizations.  Most students will use loans to meet expenses, but you should also look at opportunities for scholarships. Additionally, you may be eligible for work study, or find a source of private financial aid.
