Dean's Message

First, I would like to personally thank all of you for your service. Our nation owes an immeasurable debt of gratitude to our veterans and active duty military personnel for the personal freedoms that we enjoy every day.

At Widener Law Commonwealth, we understand that the needs of our veteran students may be different than those of traditional law students. The community of veteran students and alumni that we have built allows us to offer unique networking and professional development opportunities for our veteran students.

Widener Law Commonwealth is also a proud participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which provides tuition assistance to eligible veterans who meet the required qualifications for the Post 9/11 GI Bill. Our Financial Aid office works with our students one-on-one to ensure that they understand and receive all of the benefits for which they are eligible.

I encourage you to explore the Veterans Benefits page to learn more about the education that makes our graduates practice ready and the many benefits we provide to veterans at Widener Law Commonwealth.
