Requirements for Visiting Students

Widener Law Commonwealth welcomes students currently enrolled in an ABA approved law school to join us for a summer, a semester, or a year.

Visiting (transient) students are admitted as non-matriculating students in any semester. Widener Law Commonwealth is fully accredited by the American Bar Association and is a member of the American Association of Law Schools.  In accordance with normal policies regarding transfer of credits, most courses successfully completed at Widener Law Commonwealth can apply to your degree for graduation from the law school you attend. The acceptance of credits for any particular course should be approved by your law school.
