Sunshine Week Panel Discussion and Luncheon
Please join us for a panel discussion and luncheon celebrating Sunshine Week
The Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association and the Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association Foundation are pleased to present a panel discussion and free luncheon in honor of Sunshine Week. The panel will feature discussion on the state of open government in Pennsylvania. Sunshine Week, celebrated this year on March 13-19, 2016, is a national initiative to promote a dialogue about the importance of open government and freedom of information. PNA’s luncheon and the panel discussion are free and open to members of the public, however RSVP is requested by March 4 for planning purposes.
Upon registration and payment, lawyers are eligible to obtain CLE credit. If registering for CLE credit, please use the required registration form

--Scott Coburn, Esq., General Counsel Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors
--Melissa Melewsky, Esq., Media Law Counsel, Pennsylvania NewsMedia Association
--Terry Mutchler, Esq., Pepper Hamilton, LLP (former Executive Director of the Office of Open Records).
The panel discussion, covering the Right to Know Law, Sunshine Act and Freedom of Information Act, will be moderated by the President of PNA, Teri Henning.
When: Lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. Program from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Cost: Free for attendees not seeking CLE credit; $30 for attorneys seeking CLE credit.
